Looking to fill spots for both landscape crew members and lawn maintenance crew members.

1. Landscape crew member: Tasks would include installing plants and trees.  Lawn Preparation and Installation.  Brick and Block installation for patios and retaining walls with the ability to measure and cut accordingly.  All this done under the supervision of a foreman who will teach you along the way.  Positive attitude and an eagerness to learn.  Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation and communication.  Medical and Chauffeur’s license are a bonus, we can arrange to be obtained after hiring.  This is a full time position that will allow for quick advancement for the right candidate.  This can also be a position for a College student working during the summer months.  Starting pay range of $12-$15 per hour depending on availability and experience.  Health Insurance, paid vacation and paid holidays available after a trial period.
2. Lawn maintenance crew member: Work on a lawn mowing crew with one or two other members providing mowing services for a variety or residential, apartment and commercial customers. Tasks would include mowing, trimming and blowing on a weekly basis. Spring cleanup and fall cleanup as well as mulch installation would be required during the early and late months of the season. Snow removal in the winter. Valid driver’s license and transportation as well as cell phone. We can arrange for medical card and chauffeur’s license after hiring. This is a full time position but could also be a college student position for the summer months. Starting pay of $12-$14 per hour depending on availability and experience. Health Insurance, paid vacation and paid holidays are available after a trial period.
3. Landscape maintenance crew member: This position is strictly maintaining existing landscapes. Pruning of shrubs, weeding, flower maintenance and care, mulch installation and general bed cleanup. Valid driver’s license and cell phone a must. Ability to follow specific directions and work with one other person driving a company truck to various locations throughout the day. This is a perfect job for a college student as this is a seasonal position that is mostly done from the first of May through September.
